Please note that we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once a product has been delivered, except in cases of severe transit damage reported within 24 hours.

If the product is physically damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
Our team will assess the issue and guide you on the next steps if eligible.
❌ What We Don’t Cover:
No returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order, or improper use.
Complaints made after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained.
